What qualities make a successful owner-driver?

You must reliable and enjoy providing great customer service. You take pride in your appearance and are fastidious about the presentation of your car. You're on-time and can be trusted with anyone who travels with you.

Knowledge and Qualifications

A good working knowledge of Metropolitan Melbourne goes a long way. If you’re not an expert now, after a few months, you can be. The only special requirement is the Government issued Driver's Certificate (DC) that allows you to drive a chauffeured (VHA/B) car in Victoria. If you don’t have this, we can point you in the right direction.
